How buying works
1. Buying Items
1.1. Finding Items & Managing Purchases

for a specific item, or trying to track down a great seller you bought from in
the past, we've got tools to help you. You'll find our search bar at the top of
most MMOGA POWER pages. Simply type in what you're looking for and we'll find
you the most relevant items that match your search.

When you buy an item on MMOGA

Contact your seller to tell them your payment will be delayed.

4.
Help with shipping after you've
bought your item
4.1. Tracking
your item
Once the seller ships your item, you’ll receive a tracking
number.
4.2. Get
help with an item that hasn't arrived
If you didn't get your item, we'll make sure you either
receive the item you ordered, or get your money back.
4.2.1.
Check your item's delivery information
If your item hasn't arrived yet it may still be in
transit, so the first thing to do is to check the delivery information. You can
find your order's delivery information in your Order History. You'll be able
see the item's expected delivery date, and the address it's being shipped to.
4.2.2.
What to do if your item is being delivered to the wrong address
If the shipping address you provided to the seller is
incorrect, select Contact Seller on the order's delivery information page and
ask them to send the item to your new address. If they haven't shipped your
item already, they'll be able to send it to the correct address.
If they've already shipped the item, they won't be able
to help. If possible, we recommend trying to collect your package from the
original address.
4.2.3.
Let the seller know your item hasn't arrived
If the estimated delivery date for your item has passed,
and you still haven't received your item, let the seller know. You have 30 days
from the estimated delivery date to inform the seller that you didn't receive
your item.
Once you've told them there's a problem, the seller has 3
business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a
refund.
4.2.4.
Get your refund
If the seller offers to give you your money back, they
have 3 business days to issue your refund. When they do, you'll receive an
email letting you know. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal
refund to go through.
4.2.5.
Get help from MMOGA POWER
Most of the time, if your item hasn't arrived, the seller
will resolve your issue for you. However, if after 3 business days the seller
hasn't been able to resolve your problem, we're always ready to step in and
help.
4.2.6.
Canceling your case
If your item arrives, you can choose to cancel your case.
Here's how to cancel a case:
•
Go to your Order History and find the item.
•
Select See request details in the More actions
dropdown menu.
•
Select Close your request and choose your
reason from the dropdown menu.
•
It's important to make sure you're certain
you want to cancel a case, as you won't be able to re-open it once it's been
closed.
4.3. Changing
your shipping address after a purchase
You may be able to change the shipping address or the
shipping service you selected for a MMOGA POWER purchase, but you'll need to
contact the seller before they ship the item to you.
4.3.1.
How to change your shipping address?
When you're buying an item, we'll pre-populate your
preferred shipping address in the order summary, which you'll see just before
checkout. Make sure this is where you want your item to be sent before
completing your purchase.
If you want to make a change, select a different address
in the Ship to field on the checkout page. If the address you want your item
delivered to isn't shown, select Add a new address and complete the required
details.
You can also change your preferred shipping address in
the Addresses section of My MMOGA POWER. From here you can also add new
addresses or delete old ones.
If you've already completed your purchase but need to
make a change, contact the seller as soon as possible to let them know. If they
haven’t already shipped the item, you can ask the seller to cancel the
transaction so you can repurchase the item using the correct shipping address.
4.3.2.
How to change your shipping method after payment?
If you've already paid for an item, you'll need to ask
the seller to cancel your order, and then repurchase the item with different
shipping details.
Here's how:
•
Go to Order History and find the order you
want to cancel.
•
From the More actions dropdown, choose
Contact seller.
•
Choose Request to cancel this order, and then
Contact the seller.
•
Explain to the seller why you need to cancel,
and select Send.
•
If the seller agrees to cancel the order, you
can repurchase the item and select a new shipping method.
If the
seller has already shipped your order, or if they don't accept the
cancellation, you'll receive your package by the method originally selected.
5.
Returns & Refunds
In most cases, if your order doesn’t arrive, or is faulty
or damaged, you’ll get your money back or a replacement. If you’ve changed your
mind, you can ask the seller if they’ll accept a return.
If your item hasn't arrived, you can let the seller know
and they'll have to either send a replacement or give you your money back. If
your item has arrived, but there's something wrong with it, or it doesn't match
the listing description, you can return it. Most sellers are also willing to
accept returns if you've just changed your mind.
5.1. Let
the seller know you've got a problem
If something's gone wrong with your order, the first step
is to let the seller know there's a problem. If your item has gone missing, or
if it's damaged or faulty, most sellers are happy to work with you to resolve
the issue.
5.2. Return
an item for a refund
If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing
description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you've
changed your mind and want to return it, you can ask the seller if they'll
accept a return.
If you no longer want an item, you'll be able to see in
the listing if the seller offers returns, how long you have to request a
return, and any other conditions. You can check the listing by selecting the
item in your Order History.
Once you start a return, the seller has 3 business days
to resolve your issue. If your problem isn't solved at the end of those 3 days,
you can ask us to step in and help.
5.2.1.
Start a return
To start a return, select the item you want to send back
from your recent purchases above.
5.2.2.
What happens after you've started a return?
The seller has 3 business days to get back to you. How
they respond depends on the reason for your return. e.g. You received a damaged
item, it doesn’t match the listing description, or it's the wrong item
5.2.3.
Send the item back
When the seller accepts your return, you'll receive an
email to your Messages with the subject “Send the item back”. You'll need to
send it back within 3 business days. Who covers the shipping costs depends on
why you're returning it.
When you're sending the item back, repack it carefully,
and keep in mind that the condition you send the item back to the seller in is
important.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or
is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, some
sellers might deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
5.2.4.
Get your refund
Once the seller receives the item back from you, or once
they've agreed to refund you and let you keep the item, they have 3 business
days to issue your refund. When they do, you'll receive an email letting you
know.
5.2.5.
Get help from MMOGA POWER
Most of the time if you have an issue with a purchase the
seller will be able to solve it for you. However, if after 3 business days the
seller hasn't been able to resolve your problem, you can ask us to step in and
help within 21 business days of opening the request. It usually takes 3 to 5
business days for a PayPal refund to go through.
5.2.6.
Cancel a return request
If you've changed your mind about a case you've opened,
and no longer want to return your item, it's easy to cancel your request. See
the instructions below to find out how:
•
Go to your Purchase history and find the
item.
•
Select See request details in the More
actions dropdown menu.
•
Select Close your request and choose your
reason from the dropdown menu.
It's
important to make sure you're certain you want to cancel a request, as you
won't be able to re-open a case once it's been closed.
5.2.7.
Misuse of returns
Engaging in activity as described in the Abusive Buyer
Policy may result in a range of actions, including issuing warnings to buyers,
blocking buyers from requesting returns or refunds on MMOGA POWER, blocking
buyers from opening claims, the loss of MMOGA POWER Money Back Guarantee
coverage, and account suspension.
Activity that is not allowed includes, but is not limited
to:
•
Opening duplicate requests using other buyer protection
programs
•
Filing a chargeback after receiving a refund
•
Claiming an item was not received when there
is proof of delivery to the buyer’s address on the Order Details
•
Falsely claiming an item was not as described
•
Returning an item other than the original
item received
•
Using or damaging and item and then returning
it
6.

as learning about how to view and change your feedback.
7.
